Love Arby's but the staff was slow had to wait to just order 10 minutes because the drive through was busy
Today around 9 pm a worker told me your pick up is ready please confirm got order. When I did then he said you should wait for... 20 minutes to the order get ready. Lying is inappropriate. In this condation I had no question to the door dash and customer ifwould asked me why you stay for long time in the resturant after getting the order. Read more

Asst. Manager was verbally combative and when I asked to speak to her supervisor she hung up on me! Chicken sandwich was cold,... did not have the toppings I asked for, at it?s thickest point it was less than the thickness of a pencil, sandwich had a 3? longhair on it! She told me I should have brought it back, I told her we had driven to a park 3. By miles away her response youshould?ve came back I am not responsible for anything that has left the restaurant. I still give Arby's five stars because of manager stopped there on the way home from work and order at the drive thru the order... was totally wrong we called the manager and he replaced the whole order the next day so good Job please keep up the good work Read more
