Worst place ever! 3rd time waiting over an hour. Just spent an hour and a half waiting on 3 pizzas. They make sure to charge you... right away so you have to wait for a refund too. They actually said they didn't even remember what was ordered. Nothing wasoffered for the unprofessionally long wait. Not even a sauce. How they are still in business IDK. Don't go here if you arelooking for anything "ready". Wish I could give 0 stars. Read more
Ordered online and have been waiting 40 minutes in the drive through. In between taking orders they waited 7/8 minutes to take... the next.order. With no one ahead of the person in line. My order was sitting there ready the whole time. When I went to thewindow serveral employees were just loud and playing around. Not in any rush. Read more
I ordered online to pickup quick. I had to waited Drive through line to pickup my pizza. Should be quick but took more then 30... mints. No option to cancel the order too. Read more
They need to have more employees and stop doing only drive thru for pick up orders. Waiting in line forever to pick up food... that's ready in a drive thru line doesn't even make sense. The app says it's ready in 15min but you sit in a drive thru line foran hour waiting to get your food that's just been sitting there. Terrible system. OPEN UP THE INSIDE THE DRIVE THRU LINE DOESNTWORK! No one wants to wait this long for food they ordered in advance and are told is ready. Read more
Ordered at the drive thru and asked what pizzas were already available to purchase. Ordered two of the pizza?s that were already... made, but was told I had to wait 5 minutes to get the pizza. Good lord, it took about 20 minutes to get the pizza I ordered thatwas already made and ready to purchase. When they said it was hot n ready, it definitely wasn?t ready. And they forgot to giveme two of the other items I purchased, but definitely wasn?t going to wait any longer. Read more
Call ahead of time to make your order, but pls check your order to make sure it is done correctly. Pretty quick service when you... call ahead of time. I didn't check my order due to all orders have been greatly done, but they forgot my pepperoni on my pretzelpizza, but just a quick call, they're nicely making it rt. So 5?'s for great service even tho I forgot to check as usual. Thanksto the staff for quick service, hot food & most definitely not being rude or such for a quick fix. If I could give 0 stars I would. You wanna complain about racism well.... this is the most disrespectful and racist place I've... ever been. If you have dark skin don't worry you'll get your food right away. If you happen to be white though prepare for a 20minute wait and burnt pizza. It'd ridiculous and don't try to talk to their manager because they can't be reached. Read more
