Absolutely horrible compared the locations in Grand Rapids. My first order was very cold and the 2 liter was dropped in dirt or... something. So David the manager said he would replace everything. So when I called to get my replacement order he insisted onsaying that he didn?t remember saying he?d replace the whole order. So with that being said he end sending out a pizza that isnot a large like the one I ordered and some raw soggy wings. Never again will this location get my business. Read more
Place is a joke the two times we?ve ordered from this location they?ve messed up. First time they gave us some one else?s pizza.... The second they said 30-35 mins. An hour later I called and they delivered it to the wrong address. Instead of calling toaddress the problem it went unnoticed. Read more

I placed two online orders, paid for each order with my credit card, received a confirmation email. But each time I went to... pick up the pizza, they tell me I have pay all over again. The managers are not friendly or even willing to look at the emailconfirmation I print out, stating that there is a balance due. In one instance, I had to pay an additional $3.00 because theywould not honor the online coupon since I had to pay in the store. This will be the last time I will be coming to thisDomino's. Unacceptable. Working in the customer service industry for 13 years, I understand it may be a computer glitch andthat there are scammers out there , but there still needs to be better customer services especially when the customer isproviding you proof of payment. Discovered when we got home that both pizzas we ordered were missing half their toppings. When we called they were unwilling to... do anything to make it right. So they can't make a simple 2-topping pizza and won't fix their mistakes either. Read more
