This place is great for a grab-and-go meal. Just not so much for a relaxing lunch break from traveling. Overall it is what you... would expect to see in a Subway restaurant (assuming you have eaten at one before). What makes this place less than 5 stars ishow unnatural it feels to dine inside. To start with, when you walk in there is a security gate that divides the restaurantfrom the gas station. The pass-through is always locked so that you may not venture from one business to the other. To me, thisgives the feeling that something bad has happened to make them always keep this gat shut. And I do not care much for thatfeeling. Another thing that makes me feel unwelcome to sit and enjoy my meal inside, which should be a simple fix, is thatthere are no paper napkins anywhere for guests to use. If you need any then you have to go to the counter and ask. This meansyou have to wait in line to get them or you have to interrupt someone else ordering to ask for napkins. It feels veryconfrontational interrupting another guest ordering just to ask for napkins and I do not like leaving my food on the table whileI wait in line all over again just to get napkins. Post-covid this place has suffered from the employee deficit that hasplagued the rest of the nation. But as short-handed as this place has been, the people behind the counter have been very niceand helpful each time I have visited. Read more

Stood inside no one came out from the back to wait on me. I even yelled hello several times. I left and as I was getting my car... a young man was yelling at me to come back, but we left! The lettuce was brown anyway. Read more
Typical menu items in all Subway sandwich restaurants. Frequent employee turnarounds. Most every meat item is ground up,... preformed and not so good. The great thing about this food chain is the ability to get it like you want. Read more
I ordered 3 footlong subs. 1 steak and cheese,1 ham and turkey,and 1 meatball. They called and told me they were out of... meatballs that was fine so I told the to just make another turkey ,ham,and cheese which I ordered lettuce,cheese,mayo,mustardoil vinager salt and pepper. The only thing I got on both subs was meat that is it. I will not be back. I understand forgetting1 thing but everything but the meat come on.... On both subs. Read more
12:15 = Mid-lunch rush. This location always has a line out of the door, as it is by famous river attractions. Everytime I come... here during a rush, there is only one person working. Takes 40 minutes to get 1 sandwich. The staff is friendly and tries hard.The facilities are always clean. Shame on the management staff for abusing their employees and for not better facilitatingoverwhelming levels of patronage. We wont be returning. It is literally always like this. Read more
We came in late about 30 minutes before closing. We asked if we would be any inconvenience if we stopped in and ate. The two... young ladies working there were extremely friendly and professional. They didn't rush us and the food was excellent. The storewas also very clean as well as the restrooms. Read more
