We stopped at this location while traveling through the area and unfortunately our car battery died. Employee, Pippin, went... above and beyond to assist us in our time of need. She contacted mechanics and helped us get the car started?this help got usback on the road and without her our trip would have been ruined! Thank you Pippin for the help and servant heart. Staff was friendly, service was speedy, but I've been in a lot of subways that put a lot more on a sandwich, this location is... very very skimpy with what they put on a sandwich, all I tasted was bread, and I could a bought a loaf of bread at Walmart a lotcheaper. . . . Read more
The three young employees behind the counter was overwhelmed with drive through customers. I went in the restaurant to order,... because the drive through was long. The employees was working under extreme pressure of the non-stop orders. The employees kepttheir cool, and worked as a team to complete each order in a professional, and timely manner. The inside was clean, also theparking lot. These young adults need to be recognised for a job well done! Read more
3 times in one month my sandwich has been messed up, THREE TIMES, I eat here a lot, they dont care about repeat customers. And... they will find ANY way they can out of fixing your order or replacing it or not refunding you that they can, including but notlimited to blaming you for it, especially when using their drive through touch screen. If it wasn't for it being so close Iwould have stopped going there a long time ago, and after today...I'm going to, I hope this saves others from the hassle of thisstore. Oh, and watch, they wont address this post, they only address the positive posts, like that fake one about a betterexperience than climbing mountains, probably posted by the owners themselves! Had such a pleasant interaction with the to Young employees at this Subway. Most employees this day don't care what you need or... how to take care of problems. The two young employees here went above and beyond helping me with my order problems. They tookthe time to listen to me and help me resolve the issue. I had such a pleasant experience with these two employees and the ownerthat I will continue to support this Subway as much as I can. Thank you so much Subway Benton for making my day! Read more
