Pretty good but thought it was a little rude when they gave me the wrong order when I got carryout and when I got home realized... they gave me the wrong order and when I went back all the way to pick up the correct one I couldn't get it unless I gave the oldone back I figured they would at least let me have the old one for making me drive all the way out there since it's obvious thatcooks aren't going to eat that and they can't sell it to anybody else they'd rather just throw it away then give it to areturning paying customer that they inconvenienced ??????? food is good though Read more
No Alfredo sauce told them it wasn?t in the bag they came out told me check in the box, I open the box, check the box none in... the box. I mean they were acting like I was lying. I?ve paid for several extra Alfredo sauces and got home to find that itwasn?t there and never complained. They made me check my ticket to make sure I paid for it. I?m glad Jennifer was nice about it.I heard the people giving her a hard time and making her run around unnecessary to triple check the sauce was paid for and notin the bag nor in the box. The lasagna tasted like a frozen dinner!! And drowning in sauce could not even try to eat it was just plain and simple the worst... so called Italian food I have ever tried to consume!! And the portion you receive is not worth the over priced frozen dinner!!And the salad what a joke it was just a bowl of lettuce with salad dressing!!! Food here is really good but the extremely poor service we got on a recent visit will preclude any future visits. The waitress... got one of our food orders wrong but that wasn't anything terrible. When we got ready to pay, though, the prices exceeded byseveral dollars the prices shown on the menus. When we inquired about the overcharges, we were told that prices were subject tochange without notice. The higher prices were never mentioned though and the very argumentative person behind the counter whenwe paid made it clear that they couldn't care less about good customer service. PASTA Js is my family?s favorite, we love it so much we eat there every week sometimes twice a week. We love the lasagna and... chicken Alfredo. Our waitress remembers what we like to order every time. She?s great, and even when they?re so busy it?s crazyshe does a fantastic job of seeing to everyone?s needs at not only our table but the entire dining room she?s usually the onlywaitress for the entire place doing many jobs from seating everyone, taking orders, getting drinks, delivering orders, refillsdrinks she also answers and take phone orders and checks people out then buses her own tables! We find amazing I know she neverstops moving and when she happens not to be there her daughter usually is and she definitely takes after her mother and does agreat job too! We don?t leave out the cook and staff in the kitchen because y?all are fantastic too!!!! Read more

Placed an order for takeout. Ordered Shrimp Alfredo and Cheese Tortellini. Shrimp Alfredo was very salty and shrimp was... overcooked/burned. We weren't given any napkins or utensils either. Cheese Tortellini tasted fine. Wasn't the best we havegotten from Pasta J's. If you can, I would order from the Bryant location instead of Benton. The service and food at the BentonPasta Jack's hasalways been phenomenal. Edit: we hadn't tried the Tiramisu at the time of this review so it wasn't mentioned. Ihave to say, it was PHENOMENAL...best Tiramisu I've had in several years. Read more
