I'm not sure if my experience at this location is representative of the brand as a whole, but I l've now been to this location... three times in the last year. Each time they have been out of several items I have tried to order, the bathrooms have been dirtyand out of toilet paper, and the service has been less than prompt and courteous. After placing the order it was a little overhalf an hour when an employee came to our table to tell us one of the items we ordered was out of stock. It then took over 45minutes for two salads, a cup of chili, and a chicken salad sandwich to be brought to our table. The table was approached threetimes in that hour plus time frame asking if we had received our order yet before half the order arrived followed by the restfinally arriving approximately 15 minutes later. Cold food because it sat on the 'hand-off' counter for well over 10 minutes as we waited & watched. Unprofessional staff. ... Manager on duty was anything but helpful. This place was slow on this particular Sunday afternoon visit and the counter helpwas rude. My wife & I counted three occupied tables and little-to-no drive thru activity. We frequent various Newk's eateriesbecause we like the food & the experience. But this particular 'crew' lacks any serious customer service prowess. And foranyone reading this, when you see Newk's social media bird dog responding with a polite 'from owner' message - ignore it - theydon't follow up in any meaningful way. It is all just show and robotics. They "personally" could not care less. Thisrestaurant has gone downhill since opening. The neighborhood is noticing. We will no longer eat at this location until thingsdrastically improve. Read more
I usually love newks but today they were struggling.. ordered a sandwich to go and when I got home I opened it up and it?s just... toasted bread lol ???? they did tell me if I come in on a different day I can get the same thing for free, but I?m still hungrytoday Read more
Solid C in my experience. Nothing wowed, nothing was terrible. I did have a few issues. I?m guessing due to a lack of staff,... but a bunch of workers were sitting and eating or talking so that?s a bit dubious that it?s staff issue. Half of my meal wasmissing but they did rectify it, after I called attention to it. One of the teas containers was out, and one of the ice makerswasn?t working. The sandwich itself tasted fine, the bread was a tad overdone but it wasn?t inedible or anything. All in all,it was a very ok experience. Nothing stood out or makes me want to come back. I?d only come back if someone really wanted to go,but it won?t be a place I seek out myself. Read more
When we are craving a well made salad, we go to Newk's. Their Newk's favorite salad is literally the best salad you can order... anywhere. It has all things that are good; chicken, mixed greens, Gorgonzola, grapes, pecans, artichoke hearts, driedcranberries, croutons and sherry vinaigrette. Their brownies are pretty good too. We also like some of their pizzas andsandwiches. We order dinner from here at least once a month if not more. Read more
Pizza was ok. The crust was crispy around the edges but fell flat in the center. The sauce needed more flavor to bring it all... together. I love that they support a cause like Ovarian Cancer. Read more
Poor experience with ordering online (this isn't the first time unfortunately) Placed an order, ended up waiting a total of 50... min before it was ready. Very disappointed because we love the food. 2 stars ONLY because the meal itself was good. Read more
