The food was a let down. With it being a mac & cheese restaurant I suppose I was expecting something along the lines of a... homemade or southern restaurant style where the cheese is a primary player but the amount of cheese and flavor were bothlacking. The chicken and beef in the dishes were on par with what I would expect to get. The value of the food for the price isdefinitely not there especially with the lack of cheese/flavor. The service was incredibly slow as well for there to be only oneother person in the restaurant and they already had their food. Read more

The food was awesome. My favorite was the garlic parm crust on the outside of the grilled cheese. I had chicken, broccoli,... mozzarella, and pulled pork. The tomatoe soup was good too. I also had a tacoroni. I've never seen Mac n cheese in a taco but itworks. My new favorite place on the planet. They need to bring one to Conway, Arkansas. We went to the one in Benton, Arkansas. I wanted to like it. Mac and cheese is one of my all time favorites. For almost $40 for 2 people I had high hopes. I got the... "best of both worlds" sandwich. I ended up just eating the bread. The macaroni and meat was so bland I had zero interest in it. My husband got the Philly cheesesteak bowl. Let me describe it this way, you know that woman who always brings her "famous Macand cheese" to the church potluck? But it's really only famous for being dry, bland, and terrible. Ok now imagine imaginethat same mac and cheese with meat on it and you have theirs mac and cheese. I also ordered a dipping cup of soup and I got atiny ramekin with less than a tablespoon in it. Like I knew it wasn't going to be a bowl or a big cup but I expected to getmore than a ketchup packet's worth of soup. The tater tots were half cooked and half NOT cooked. The meal took an awkwardlylong time to come to the table and even though the restaurant wasn't busy, the poor kids running it seemed very stressed. Thelittle cookies in the cup weren't terrible so there's that. We ended up boxing up my husband's food and I'll freeze it and eatit next week because I hate food waste. Maybe if I add some seasoning and some milk I can salvage the wreckage. My picturesturned out cute but don't be deceived. Avoid this place and just make some Kraft shells and cheese at home. Great Mac & Cheese, you can customize everything that goes into it! We also liked the mac and cheese bites and the tomato soup. ... We didn't try the sandwiches but I watched several being made and they were big & had generous fillings. Read more

First visit ever. My wife got the lobster I got the Cuban. I gotta say both were good. Price was about average for a destination... restaurant. Manager meet n greet was a great addition. Super customer service. Why you ask only 4 stars then. To honest pricesseemed higher than expected for a local restaurant, but like I said good for a destination restaurant. Flavor of the food. Ittasted good, and something different, but nothing that just popped with flavor in my mouth. The grilled sour dough bread wasperfect though. Read more

Anyone complaining in the reviews has lost their mind! My gf got the chicken parm bowl, I did a BYO Grilled Cheese with pepp,... meatballs, pepper jack, cheddar and marinara and a BYO bowl with cheese sauce, mango habanero sauce, corn, jalapenos, pepperjack, Parm, and breaded chicken. Everything was pretty damn good and will def be going back! 10/10 would recommend. Read more

Muenster cheese on top of a half Mac and half tot base!! I couldn't decide if I wanted Mac or tots so they did 1/2 of each with... the grilled chicken. I made it a combo which was a little more pricey but the cheese bites were on point! You basically get afree drink when you order the bites. Also, the cup of cookies are worth every penny and can be shared! I was full and hadplenty of left overs. The price isn?t too bad considering the amount of food! Read more

I went on opening day at dinner time (fully expecting to be standing outside in the 100 degree heat) and was pleasantly... surprised the line wasn't out the door. That is not because they weren't busy, it's because they move people through the linefairly quickly. It seems they already had most, if not all the kinks worked out (besides the AC, it was pretty warm in there, but it was literally 100 degrees outside). Easy to understand menu and quick and simple ordering process. Think Subway but forpasta and grilled cheeses. Got home, opened the heart-shaped bowl (clever) and dug in. Lights out amazing! I wanted to driveback up and get more but my wife said that was excessive. Ha! Anyway, great first of MANY experiences. I'll be back and I'dsuggest you go give them a try too. P.S. sorry it's a picture of the empty bowl. It was so good I forgot to take one before. Read more
