Stopped to grab a quick bite for lunch and was pleasantly surprised by how wonderful our lunch was. I had the cave ripened bleu... cheese wedge salad with crispety bacon and freshly made Bleu cheese dressing. My friend had the chicken salad, which was equallyscrumptious! The place itself is simply decorated and the location on a winding country road is worth the 15 minute drive. Thefare is locally sourced, fresh and absolutely, unexpectedly delicious! We are already planning our next visit. There is also amercantile close by with locally sourced goods and crafts, but we didn't have the opportunity to check it out. Read more

Known for using organic, local meats and veggies In their food items. Full bar. Restroom is located near food prep area. Some... unique menu items. Pizza, sandwiches, pasta, calzones, desserts. Moderately expensive. Daily specials. Long wait after placingorder and they were not very busy at the time. Waitress not overly friendly. Don't order a calzone. As you can see I have finished my meal as well as my child and my husband still does not have his food.... There was a "mix up" we have waited 20 minutes past the it will be right out. Don't waste your time. Read more
