Not only does The Grind start out their coffee with my favorite coffee beans produced by Larrys coffee, but they take it all of... the way home! I am local to Holly Springs and have been here since 1996. Seeing the new shop and the Larrys sign in the window Ihad to stop in. I ordered a lavender latte and y'all it was to die for! some of the best if not THE BEST COFFEE in Holly Spring/Apex area. Talking to the employees I learned that it is locally owned by a family local to the area. You're not only supportingsmall farmers growing natural shade grown beans but you're also supporting two small business owners local to the triangle allby treating yourself to a delicious cup of coffee! 10 out of 10 recommend! Hot coffee was okay. Coldbrew can was $5 for watered down coffee. Breakfast sandwiches were disgusting. Precooked and just... reheated in a microwave. Gross. I took one bite and couldn?t eat more. This place presents itself like a cute littleindependent shop but the food is far worse than a fast food chain. Hopefully the shop that replaces this will do a better job. Read more
