We were traveling through and stopped for a quick bite. There was 2 trucks ahead of us. 22 minutes later (and believe me that's... a lot longer then it sounds when the temperature is over 100°) we get our two sandwiches costing over $14. No drinks or friesjust sandwiches. I guess everything is going sky-high. We didn't hold the poor performance of staff against them. Businesseseverything are struggling for staff, never the less good staff. We won't be back and that's OK. Read more
Tried new strawberry frosty ????, was pretty good! UPDATE- the Strawberry frosty apparently was for the summer only, however... last I checked this time in August is summer. I'll leave the 4 ???? 's only because the service here is usually very good! Read more
I only give it one star because zero stars was not an option this place was terrible. Bathrooms disgusting. Servers unfriendly... and not knowledgeable at all. They open 10 minutes late. The smell was unpleasant soon as you walked in. We did not eat foodbecause We were too scared to order. I would never eat here. Dirty. Read more
I am not one to make a public bad review of a a fast food restaurant, however had a very bad experience eating at Wendy's in... Benson, Arizona on July 2, 2022 at 4:30pm. Ordered a plain grilled chicken sandwich. Noticed on the receipt that it had plainwith mayonnaise. Went up to counter before receiving the sandwich to clarify no mayonnaise. The cashier said we ordered withmayonnaise and we said no, just plain. He stated he would correct the order. Received the first one sandwich with mayonnaise,even after our attempt to get the correct order. The second sandwich came out as a crispy, breaded chicken with lettuce andtomato but not grilled. After the 2 attempts we finally decided to call it done. Yes, we were upset, but the young lady claimingshe was a manager would not listen and accused us of cussing out the cashier. She was very unprofessional, not exhibiting propercustomer service and stated that the employee was a minor and doesn't need to listen to an abusive customer. We did not usevulgar language and all we wanted to do was to inform about the mistakes that was made and that is when she accused us for usingbad language and being abusive. We waited a total time of 30 minutes for the 2 attempts. We did get a refund for thesandwich. As I was there, I noticed some questionable processes, as some people were in the food preparation area standingaround eating and waiting for food, such as possible contractors or maintenance workers. Should they not be waiting and eatingin the customer area, not in the preparation area, especially wearing dirty work clothes? Employees wearing flip flops, notwashing hands after touching their face or hair. The restaurant was dirty, dried ketchup on the end of the pump dispensers,drink station full of sticky dried pop, dirt and trash on the floor, chairs and tables not cleaned. Trash was over flowing. I had to repeat my order three times in the drive thru microphone. They tried to give me smaller sizes when I did get my order.... Once I corrected them for a fourth time the manager said, "well he only charged you for a small!" I repeated that I ordered alarge drink and she reluctantly gave it to me. Also, I was the third car in line and waited over 20 minutes to get my then coldfood. Not a great experience. Will go to Burger King or Jack in the Box next time. Read more
