They can't even do hot white chocolate, only iced. It's like drinking hot chocolate cold. As expensive as they are they should... at least be able to heat up your HOT mocha Read more

In a Safeway store. Nothing fancy but nice displays. Very friendly staff. Excellent cocoa and coffee and breakfast items. A nice... rest stop. On a long trip. Read more

2 stars because it is the ONLY Starbucks in Benson. Beyond that my drink ALWAYS cost a different price. It NEVER tastes the... same, NEVER!!! Funny i go to a stand alone Starbucks anywhere else they nail my drink, regardless of what i order. Here it isalways different!!!! So annoying, and you never know how much money to bring bc they charge whatever they feel like on that day!If you ask me- they are very lucky to be the only Starbucks for 40 miles Read more

The kid wyatt is obnoxious and speaks too loudly about personal matters. The other girl Cassie, I believe her name was great.... She made the drink perfect but unfortunately I will not be coming back here, the other young man is much too a nuisance. Badhiring???? Read more

Customer before me placed a large order and tried 5 times to pay with her app. She just kept saying she didnt understand why it... wasnt working. Woman behind the counter never recommended she try a different payment method and never acknowledged me waitingthere. I waited more than 10 minutes when 2 more people got on line behind me. The longer line did not seem to phase the workereither (nor did it phase the customer). Finally another woman came back from her break & took my order and told me I had a waitdue to the large order ahead of me. I told her I?d already waited quite a while. The first worker made a point of saying outloud to the woman who took forever to pay that it was no problem at all and was very rude to me when she gave me my order- I?mguessing because she overheard me telling the other woman I had been waiting. Customer service was rude, rude, rude. What doesit take to acknowledge a customer? After all I was next in line & still waited at least 15 min for a coffee. Sign of the times.Sigh...
