No more amazing employees and the last couple times I went in they made my drink wrong!!!! Huge disappointment now

2 stars because it is the ONLY Starbucks in Benson. Beyond that my drink ALWAYS cost a different price. It NEVER tastes the... same, NEVER!!! Funny i go to a stand alone Starbucks anywhere else they nail my drink, regardless of what i order. Here it isalways different!!!! Customer before me placed a large order and tried 5 times to pay with her app. She just kept saying she didnt understand why it... wasnt working. Woman behind the counter never recommended she try a different payment method and never acknowledged me waitingthere. I waited more than 10 minutes when 2 more people got on line behind me. The longer line did not seem to phase the workereither (nor did it phase the customer). Finally another woman came back from her break & took my order and told me I had a waitdue to the large order ahead of me. I told her I?d already waited quite a while. The first worker made a point of saying outloud to the woman who took forever to pay that it was no problem at all and was very rude to me when she gave me my order- I?mguessing because she overheard me telling the other woman I had been waiting. Customer service was rude, rude, rude. What doesit take to acknowledge a customer? After all I was next in line & still waited at least 15 min for a coffee. Sign of the times.Sigh...
