Chicken is ok but availability of any other menu items is horrible. Always a lame excuse of things never thawed out, sold out or... and available. NOT RECOMMENDED!! Counter people are some rude sob?s. Worst loves truck stop chicken anywhere. Take more out todefrost like real fast food. BTW Both chicken places at this I10 & 90 location are Very questionable. Stopped in to get an 8 piece and all they had was thighs! 2nd time this has happened. What kind of place tells you what you can... have, not what you want?? Horrible!! Didn't get anything; not going to be told what I can have at 1:00pm. Read more
This place was horrible!! I ordered the 2 piece meal. The chicken ???? was DRY and over cooked. I literally did NOT eat any of... my meal, it went in the trash!! The employee was nice but I stood there waiting for a while. Read more
The staff are rude and resemble what you would expect to see in the drunk tank at the county jail. When they get your order... wrong if you don't just take what they give you they cuss you out and threaten to call the police. Read more
I've been stopping at this truck stop every Monday after 6 pm for months and every single time they're out of livers & gizzards.... The answer is always the same "they sell fast"! If hey sell so fast, cook more. As a former restaurant manager for over 33years, tell me that again. This place has lots of potential but it desperately needs new management. I think this will be mylast time I stop by. I'll take my business somewhere else where they have all food available that's on the menu. Read more
Best fried chicken ever! I love it that the staff is almost always willing to drop an order of livers for me. The only times... they've had to say no are when it's super busy and short-staffed, and when there were no livers thawed. Whether I get livers ornot, I still get tenders and wedges. They're my favorite food for after a nice hike at Kartchner Caverns. Read more
Been to this location 3 different days different times today at 3:30, always the same old chicken displayed. 1 person tossing... chicken in seasoning back to the front and goofing off with the two employees behind the counter. Would be a better stop if there was some adult supervision. Young kids standing around talking... Playing grab@ss then looking... annoyed when a customer requires attention. Very uncomfortable. I get that's it's hard to attract and keep these employees thesedays because adulting is hard but apparently allowing this behavior will never treat them work ethic. There was one oldergentleman working diligently to keep items stocked while the rest cracked jokes and didn't seem to care he was carrying theload. He looked absolutely miserable.
