This is a fabulous place to get lunch. The employees work hard to make sure customers are satisfied and the food comes out how... it should. Chicken sandwich is always on point! My favourites are the red beans and rice, the Cajun fries and there pickledjalapeno peppers that goes great with every bite. Also picked up some popcorn shrimp. The wait is worth the crispy crunch oftheir chicken. The gentleman at the counter was very polite in taking my order. I will definitely return to this location. Thisplace has a good feel to it. They have way too much chicken precooked and when i walked in i saw both mild and spicy heat trays filled with no customers... inside and no cars in drive thru. They need to make them fresh not just have it there in the heat lamp drying up. Read more

I have never had such a bad Mac and cheese from Popeyes like I did the last time I visited here. It was full of oil, barely any... macaroni in the cup and the cheese wasn't fully cooked. I asked for a new one and the staff member asked with a big attitude, why I wanted to have it changed and I told him why, he said they're all the same, that changing wouldn't make a difference! This place is terrible, please do not eat here. They will try to get you sick. Last night my partner and I ordered my food from... the "Popeyes App" and when the driver showed up, he turned out to be from Doordash. When the guy dropped off the food, the firstthing I noticed was that he didn't get my drink (I ordered a combo with a sweet tea, never got it even though it's on thereceipt). That may or may not have been Popeyes' fault as there should have been a drink there waiting for him to pick up. Iignored it and said you know what I'll let it go then I noticed that the chicken sandwich I ordered was distorted, old andbitten/torn into! (see photos) I immediately felt nauseous because during these times we are in with COVID-19, you have peoplesneezing and coughing on food on purpose, etc. so I didn't feel comfortable eating it. My partner's food also looked very oldand dried up. At this point neither of us wanted to eat and our money had gone to waste. I looked on the receipt and saw thatthis was the Popeyes the order came from. When I called, a woman picked up and after 2 times of explaining what happened, she"couldn't find" my order, even though I gave her the order/receipt number. I was very patient, but after much frustration Iasked to speak to the manager because she was not helpful. She said she was the manager and proceeded to yell over me and thatthis is not a Popeye issue, it's a Doordash issue because they seal their packaging bags (NOTE- this bag was NOT sealed). Keepin mind that I never ordered from Doordash, I ordered from the Popeyes app... which didn't even have an order/confirmationnumber. If I had called Doordash... there would have been no point. This was NOT a doordash issue, as you can see from thephotos, the chicken in this sandwich looks like it was torn way before it even got to Doordash - it looks very old and dried up.I don't know if a worker picked at it, dropped it, who knows!
