Seriously the worst Dunkin Donuts ever. Put in a mobile order 10 minutes before I got there. Then I waited seriously 40 minutes.... Still didn't get my complete order. Gave up and left. An iced coffee and sausage wrap. Nothing special. Guy in front of me waswaiting for wrap too. He said he goes to another location that runs efficiently and I said the same about a different location.Person said they only have 3 people working, 2 on coffee, and 1 on food. So I can see a little sympathy but then they look at myorder slip as my iced coffee was sitting there and she put more ice in my iced coffee. Looking on my slip I requested less ice.So I get a super water downed coffee told her I can't wait another 20 minutes for my sausage wrap and left. Even though I paidfor it. No offer of reimbursement or anything. Leaving there were twelve cars in drive thru with working at a snails place Ifeel sorry for this place. Also want my sausage wrap refunded but probably impossible paying for it online. Read more

I wish I could put zero stars my food was messed up and she repeated my order to me correct so I don?t know how that happened... then they put paper on the donuts so all of the frosting came off and all my food is cold when I asked for it warmed up ????0/10the worst service Read more
Previously had 2 bad encounter with the same employee almost 6 months apart. Upon speaking to the real manager. He handled the... situation with respect and honor. Thank you Guys for your hard work I do appreciate this location and the hard work that goesinto making this business great. Read more

Bensenville dunkin donuts should be shut down. They never have a selection of donuts, got workers standing around doing nothing... and no donuts. Terrible establishment. Never going to that hole in the wall again Read more
