Mike from Wawa 00165 is always so incredibly thoughtful, welcoming, and energetic when I go to this Wawa. He is the essence of... what a friendly neighborhood Wawa stands for. I've had more than 5 interactions with him and on Monday, 2/28/22, I finally hadto give him his praise to his supervisor. On this particular night, I came in after a long day at work, with Wawa cravings. Thebakery order screen deemed "warmed cookies" were sold out. I asked Mike, who was a cashier if any had recently come in; I sawthey were sold out near the register as well. Mike, above and beyond, triple checked in the bakery, and found one last cookie.He made my week! This was one of many instances of Mike's help. I take time out of my day to write: Please give Mike thesignificant and well-deserved promotion for his exceptional customer service, accuracy, and drive to always go the extra mile! When I got to the counter, I was told they haven't been able to scan rewards cards for a month. This is something they should... put on their front door. I spent over $9 and am not getting credit for it. Also, being down over a month shows a lack ofinterest in their customers loyalty programs. Read more
This is the Wawa closest to my house and I have been here dozens of times. About half of those times their deli doesn't have... what I want, whether it be roast beef, chicken, or turkey. I do not have this issues at other Wawas, so I don't know why thislocation is so backwards. Read more
Love wawa in general, but this wawa is just amazing!! I am baffled at the poor reviews. I've never had that bad of an experience... here, and I've been coming here for years. Employees are always so friendly and helpful and the store is clean. The onlynegative thing I could say is things are out of stock sometimes, but with covid it's understandable. I come here pretty much ona daily basis and haven't had a bad experience. The food is amazing, always made well, coffee is great (never had a problem withthem closing it down because it got late), and if you need something, just ask! They are very accommodating. Read more
Went there for crème brulée cold brew this morning. 6/16/2021 @ 6:50 a.m. Ordered one with whole milk and one with skim. I... watch the lady pour skim in both and i say something about it. The attitude she gave off says that i was bothering her by askingher to do her job correctly, eye roll and everything. She remakes the coffee and used iced coffee instead of the cold brew. Atthat point i couldn't be bothered with it because i didn't want to deal with any more of her attitude. There are instructions onthe screen that tell them what was ordered. The pitcher of cold brew was sitting on the counter. Terrible customer service. Inever get what i pay for when i go here (except from one employee who makes things correctly when i order, i specifically lookfor him ). Only go here if you need cigarettes. Read more
