Tried Valley Pizza this Friday. Got a large chicken parm pizza. Pie was alright. Chicken was bite sized chunks and seemed like... true parm. It was a little tough though. Not real chewy but definitely lacking tenderness. Also felt like there should've beenmore chicken pieces on the pie. The bottom was moderately toasted. The dough tasted alright. It was pretty floppy and thetoppings slid off quite easily. Gotta fold or two hand this one. The cheese tasted pretty average. Sauce was nice and sweet.Parm cheese was pretty good but could only taste it ona few bites. Too floppy and needs more chicken. 5.7/10. Also tried apersonal pie.
