BEST LAMB BIRIYANI I EVER HAD IN MY LIFE
Tried the Chicken Tikka Masala and butter naan and they were both on point! The prices are beyond reasonable and portions were... very generous. Most importantly the sauce wasn't watered down like the surrounding Indian restaurants. Staff was very quick andfriendly. Will certainly return. Read more
WORST BIRYANI EVER Ordered chicken biryani and got rice mixed with chicken curry and lot of green chillies. Worst biryani even... had in my life. Untidy place, bad customer service, attendant was unfriendly and unwelcoming, cook who server food was dresseddirty. They don?t server water and charge $1 for small bottle of water. I ordered biryani and got some rice mixed with gravy. This isn't even remotely close to the word biryani. It's sweet and no... flavors. Completely different then what I saw in the photos (left is what they serve vs right is what in photos) Don't getfooled by the good reviews I am sure these the investors/friends of owner or people who work there. Picked up takeout food from Mirch Masala today. The food was delicious. Ordered the chkn Tikka masala and the biryani. Both the... dishes came out great. The owner is a humble man. I would definitely recommend this place a try. The prices on their websitewere different than there store price which did not make sense. The food is reasonably priced and you will definitely find adifference in taste from the other restaurants in the area. Give the food a try. Read more
This place was beyond disgusting and sketchy. It was in a place fusioned with Brazilian food I guess? The inside of the place... looked like what you go to when you're drunk at 4 AM with nothing else to eat. My husband got food poisoning after eating thisfood. It was also not made with any kind of taste and was completely bland when I had their malai kofta and chicken. They alsocharged me for fries which, 1) I didn't order, and 2) THEY NEVER GAVE ME!!! I was charged for something I never ordered andnever received. It ruined my family's Christmas dinner and I will never order from here again. Looking at the reviews, we drovefrom NJ to PA and were super disappointed. Will never return here again. I don't know who thinks it's worthy of 5 stars but itdefinitely wasn't even worth the 1 star I had to give. Please don't go here if you have taste. Read more
This is not a restaurant you go to for the ambiance but a place to find a great variety of authentic, fresh, delicious Indian... cuisine. The owner helped us choose dishes that would suit each of our dietary preferences and was happy to adjust thespice/heat levels accordingly. I had a vegetarian korma dish which was fantastic. I requested as many root veggies as possibleand they happily accommodated me. The Nan breads are scrumptious, and the jasmine basmati rice was so incredibly light andaromatic. YUMMY! My husband had a lamb stew like dish with an amazing sauce that had a hit of back heat that I wish I couldreplicate. I'm not a big samosas fan but their vegetarian samosas were the best I've ever had. I am both a foodie and a verygood cook, always from scratch and farm to table when possible, so it takes a lot to impress me food wise. We had ordered for pick up, after my in-laws raved about the kebabs and fish; the food was prepared quickly and the flavor was... amazing. We had the malai kofta, garlic naan, and chicken tikka kati roll. The malai kofta was full of flavor. The kati rollwas a really good size and full of flavor, to quote my husband ?better than the kati roll company in NY?. Overall, the foodquality was great, will be going back. Read more
