I?m editing my review - I been going here everyday, lately my coffee isn?t made the way it?s supposed to be made. I?ll order... something and they will give me the wrong order. Can not see the slection .can no longer get anything either with nuts.i understand the nut allergy. But that does not apply... to everyone. Will not be going there again. You must ask for a certain donut and they will let you know if they have it. Can notsee what they do have. Read more
I am not satisfied with my order. I ordered a cake batter latte 12 mins ago, made incorrectly(caramel craze) received it burnt... and taste like trash also made my stomach hurt. Asked for caramel toppings there was none. Asked for a new drink got attitude.Asked for a refund got attitude and told to make my own latte next time. I don't understand why there are more workers here andthey are less productive than stores with 2 or 3 employees. Save ya money. This place has excessive wait times and a drive thruyou can get stuck in & ignorant staff. The inside is no better with employees standing around needing each others help to openbags and donut boxes.
