Walked in at 5:45 and was greeted with my family by a screaming lady telling me they were closed. I pointed out that they are... open for another 15 minutes. She said she already had customers and again started screaming at me in front of my husband and twochildren. She had another family in line, 4 people. It?s not like you sit down and eat in there. I asked her for her name andshe said it was Michelle. I asked her for the manager and she screamed that she was the manager. Classy. This woman should beterminated for how she treated my family. Couple before us had order messed up for (apparently) second time. Woman immediately made corrections. While that was going on... a couple behind us did not have masks on. Ordered a cake for our son's graduation, they spelled "comgratulatioms", not only was it misspelled but very sloppy. Also,... ordered red velvet cake and was given chocolate cake that wasn't evenly distributed, some parts very thick and some parts didnot have any. Finally the raspberry puree was in chunks and icy. Obviously, the person making this cake put little effort intodoing the best job they can for their customer. These cakes are expensive, I don't mind paying the money but expect to get whatI asked for and expect better quality. My wife called and spoke to the manager who could not care any less. Read more
I go here every time I go to the movies and have always had a decent experience. I've never left a review before but had to... today because the service was outstanding today. Not sure of the young womans name (Abby or Gabby) but her friendliness andattitude was absolutely perfect. She is an asset to this business. Also, the ice cream is always very good and tastes fresh.
