Like the service, the place was clean. The staff was very nice. Will be back to this location. Was easy to get in and out.
Just went here for lunch at this location for the first time since they opened recently at a little before 1 pm. I don't go to... Runza much. But it's a nice treat once in a blue moon. The food was excellent! However the worker (Cris) at the drive thruwindow needs to get a personality! She didn't even bother to say hi even when I greeted her. She just gave me the total. I evenasked her how her day was going. Totally blew me off! She gave me my food. No thanks for coming. Not a word! An "FU" would havebeen better than being ignored! If you're going to have help there like that we won't be back again! And we only live a coupleof blocks away from there. Read more
Food was good and our order was correct. That is really all I ask. Dining room was clean and inviting.
as this was a new location, i had high hopes. staff is nice but since opening the ac is not working. currently the dining room... is closed. was told techs would be out weeks ago and nothing has been fixed. also my kids meal had onion rings instead of fries,as i ordered. Read more
This new Runza is really good. The food that is coming out of there is very well made. They are very busy around noon and 5pm,... so get there early or when you have time to wait. Hopefully the consistency of the food keeps up over time. Read more
