First time here at Got Plate. They had pop-up vendors outside their restaurant which is what led me to come here. It?s a cute... little spot with minimal seating inside but they also have outside dining which is cool. It had an island vibe: the food, themusic and the people. The food was delicious. I like how the Mac wasn?t runny, because some do them runny. I got the mixedplate, my friend got the mini KATSU plate and we shared a Shaka ?garlic? fries. I was little disappointed with the portion size.Usually it?s big, didn?t get a lot of meat and I got three pieces of spam, I guess I expected something more. They were superbusy so we waited a bit for our food. But, I was told they also get a lot of online and phone orders as well. But, it alsolooked like they short staffed. So when we got our fries it was cold. And barely tasted the garlic and furikaki. It was nicethat they had a public restroom but it was weird that you had to go behind the counter to get there. Horrible customer service. Rear parkinglot witch is "extremely small". I parked near a stall "not in a stall" but also out of... the way of others, one of the worker's or owner pulled in behind me and proceeded to tell me it wasn't a stall I replied I knowbut it's out of the way. She then forcefully/ aggressively asked me to move.
