I didn't eat the food, but the facility is in a poor state.
Refused to give me my online order, even though I had the receipt, saying it didn't come up on the screen in the shop. Just... very rude and no sense of customer service. Great support from Burger King via the app. Read more
We go to burger king quite often. Unfortunately, occasionally they short us on our order, so I always have my 10 year old... grandson, who is usually with me check the order. He checked, but when we got home we were short a fish sandwich. I usually willnot go back, but I decided to call to let them know I was not pleased, but no one answered the phone. There should be a kind ofcheck and balance because it is very frustrating to get home and find out you paid for something you didn't get. Read more
