Ordered three sandwiches through the mobile app. Waited 25 minutes before arriving at restaurant to pickup. When I arrived I was... informed they were not aware of my order. They found it and we waited additional time. Due to the short time frame we had tomeet and due to the frustration of my associates one of them reentered and found no sandwiches of ours were made and they weremaking other people's sandwiches instead. We were not expecting to wait at subway for the 40 minute duration. We left after thisas we were already late for our scheduled activity and we're not aware of when we would receive our sandwiches. Despite all thisI was fine with it as long as I got refunded my money I paid. But was frustrated to find that there was no refund optionavailable. This is from Joselyn Houk....I have examined the prior reviews and have gone to the north hwy 97 subway frequently. The... sandwiches are great, BUT there is almost always one person working there, by himself the whole day!!!! This means he gets nolawful breaks of lunch break. And this is a security risk, also. Does he get a day off or what if he has medical appts???? This is simply not right and is deserving of a bureau of labor and industries complaint not to mention maybe and OSHA complaint. Based on the other reviews, this is and has been an ongoing problem at this location. The owners, who live inPortland, should be ashamed of themselves and if operating the Bend subways is too much for them, then sell them to somebody whocan correctly staff them. Read more

I enjoy the food, but apparently the new CA owners have no interest in providing correct information to their customers. I... regularly have delivery orders canceled because the store is closed even though every online presence says they?reopen. Tonight, I finally got off work early enough to see someone inside. They informed me that the store closes at 8 insteadof 9. No wonder my recent orders have caused confusion for myself and delivery drivers! Happy to update my review once accurateinformation is provided online. Would be even more happy if the store was open normal hours instead of closing early. 12:45 Aug 19 only one employee working when I was picking up a Doordash order. There was a line almost out the door. I told him... I had a Doordash order and came back in a few minutes. The employee was nice enough to prioritize my order in between customers.He is a hard worker and very kind. Subway if you continue to make only one person work this position, especially during rushhours, PLEASE give this man a raise. He deserves it. And I suggest you hire 1-2 more employees because rush hour at thislocation is not a one person job. Read more

SECOND REVIEW 08/02/2022: I've left a review before and I'm going to do it again. DO NOT OPEN THIS STORE IF YOU DO NOT HAVE THE... STAFF TO RUN IT. I went it today on my 30 minute lunch break from work. The person behind the counter was so stressed out, whichmakes sense since he was the ONLY employee at the store. He mentioned how the early morning employees took off around 11:50 andsomeone was supposed to start at noon. Yet they were no where to be found, the poor guy was too busy to even be able to call forback up. He was so frustrated which is understandable. EVERYONE NEEDS TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION UNTIL THEY STAFF ITAPPROPRIATELY. SHAME ON THE OWNERS/MANAGERS. DO BETTER!!!! FIRST REVIEW: 05/30/2022 Im giving one star because I really hatethat they are making them open with only one employee. I went in today for lunch and this poor man was opening all by himselfand let me know another employee had quit this morning. He seemed overwhelmed, understandably. Is there even a manager orsomeone to back up this employee up or at least help out. A line formed and multiple people walked out in the time it took me tofinish my meal. This store should be closed until there is enough staff to run it properly. This poor man must not open much.The front door was locked and there was no music, the sandwich table wasn?t set up. boyfriend asked what sizes and the blonde lady laughed and asked if it was a joke then proceeded to laugh with her coworker. not... coming back, employees are nice besides her. there was no need for her to laugh. spend $21 i won?t get back. Read more

I am a delivery driver and I dread getting orders from this subway. They are so slow and the employees are very rude. The woman... at the counter didn't respond when I asked her if she could hand me the bag for my order and she grabbed it and just pushed/slidit across the counter AT me. Read more

I order from Subway a fair amount when I am on the road for business. I like to get the Turkey with Double Meat, lettuce,... tomatoes, and mayonnaise. The Bend location is super close to my office and very easy to see from Business Highway 97 and hasample parking. I usually order using the phone app which is as easy as it gets. Never a problem with the order or the pickuptime. Super friendly staff at this location. Great place to eat. Read more
