Ordered through the drive through. I had two separate orders. I was told that I can?t have separate orders. I said we are each... using a card and we need to have them separate. She put them together anyway. I drove up to the window. She told me that I haveto get out the car and order the second order from inside. I?m disabled and told her I can?t do that. She said she?ll separatethe orders this time but never again. We got our food. His order was wrong and my onion rings were in the wrong batter. Theywere sweet and soggy . Inedible. She also failed to give us receipts. I had to drive back and get them. I?m thoroughly disgustedwith the horrible treatment we received not to mention the food. After repeating my easy drink 3x the girl still couldn?t get it right and everything I got was covered in a thick grease like... she was cleaning the hennies and decided to go make food and not change her gloves?it was disgusting and the food was old. Read more
I ordered 3 strawberry limeades just 3 or 4 minutes before their happy hour ended. By the time I got to the window to pay for... my drinks, it was 5 min past the hour and they charged me regular price. I could have just sat there untill they gave me thehappy hour price but I didn't want to be an A hole to the people behind me like the sonic cashier was to me; hispanic girl bythe way. Read more
While the food has been okay I have yet to get a decently made drink out of either Bend locations and that was before the one by... Walmart had gone. I am over 40 and have gone to Sonic since I was a little girl. I know what a cherry limeade should taste like,and how many slices of lime should be in each size. Consistently I have received cherry limeades that do not taste anywhere likea cherry limeade. I generally order a route 44 for size so that I may share with my children. Now taken mind I?ve had friendswork for sonic as we were teenagers and things may have changed on policies. Generally for that size it was policy of at leasthalf a lime for that size. Consistently I get one or two slices that equals out to a quarter at the most of a lime. They do notsqueeze the limes, I end up having to do that myself; and a good portion of the time I do not have a cherry in the drink. Thecherry flavouring is so thin you might as well have given me just sprite. I haven?t complained until today because I?ve justgotten use to the poor quality of training that goes on. However I change something today and I ordered a hot fudge shakethinking well at least this should be better. Your training is so bad I might as well have actually ordered a vanilla shakebecause that?s pretty much what I?ve got. I don?t know about you guys but this does not look like hot fudge chocolate brown. Read more
