Well the whole point of sonic is to sit in your car and place an order, then get food brought to the car. That didn't happen, oh... no. If you didn't order online you HAD to go through the drive-thru. The food was okay. Read more
Ordered through the drive through. I had two separate orders. I was told that I can?t have separate orders. I said we are each... using a card and we need to have them separate. She put them together anyway. I drove up to the window. She told me that I haveto get out the car and order the second order from inside. I?m disabled and told her I can?t do that. She said she?ll separatethe orders this time but never again. We got our food. His order was wrong and my onion rings were in the wrong batter. Theywere sweet and soggy . Inedible. She also failed to give us receipts. I had to drive back and get them. I?m thoroughly disgustedwith the horrible treatment we received not to mention the food.
