This was an over-all "meh" experience. We came early, for dinner, at 4pm. It was about shift change time, so that might account... for the general chaos. We were seated immediately. The waitress was very friendly. The food took the usual, reasonable amountof time to come. Half of my order, the garlic fries, was missing. And no extra plate for my toddler to share her brother'sfood. The food-runner eventually brought my order of garlic fries, but it came without the sauces and was a very small portion.He mumbled something about being sorry it was small and they were "working on making more." I didn't *really* follow him,because I've never eaten there before and didn't know what to expect. The waitress took ages to grace us with her presencesagain - we wanted refills for our kids milks and I wanted a plate for the bones from my chicken wings. Finally she came - nomention of my garlic fries. She was actually great at refilling my husbands soft drink until the food was on the table, butnever brought me any more water and didn't really stop by again... Until she swooped down on us with the bill. Without askingif we needed anything else. Gosh, I hate it when the check appears when you aren't done. I actually was going to order desert. Never mind. I had also wanted a coffee - which I then ordered. And I did it apologetically! As if it was my mistake that shebrought the bill without checking in again. When she brought me the coffee, she just set it down on the table, as she flew by--one cup of black coffee. She didn't ask if I needed milk or sugar. And I didn't see her again until she appeared with a new bill15min later. Fortunately, I was able to use some of my kid's milk for my coffee. Not stellar. I have eaten at this Red Robin many times in the past and the service seems to continue to go downhill. During the last visit... we were nearly forgotten about after being seated and it took almost 20 minutes before they took our drink order. We asked toorder our food with our drinks and our waitress immediately stopped taking our order and went to go service another table beforelooping back. After we got our order in, it was another 25 minutes before our water showed up. Having a Toddler we picked RedRobin over a traditional sit down restaurant for what we thought would be faster service. We were trying to be polite but afterwe witnessed other wait staff delivering food to tables that were sat after us we interjected. The waitress blamed the kitchenbut the food was obviously cold and had been prepared long before she brought it to us. We quickly requested our check, paid,and left. In total we spent an hour and a half waiting for a cold meal that was definitely in violation of food handlinglaws. The waitress knew the experience was far below what would be expected in any restaurant but offered no apology or comp. Usually a good choice for a gourmet burger and excellent fries. Friendly staff and great atmosphere. The Steakhouse Burger was... very disappointing. There were only a few mushrooms on it and the burger was thin. It looked rather flat compared to theadvertised picture. The Cod fish and chips was a bit bland, but the portion was large. The wait time was not overly long. The limited staff was hardworking and friendly. Our burgers were not exceptional but good.... The fries were cold and stiff like they had come from a morgue. I am used to the one in Tigaerd, OR and a lot more hospitable and clean. The waiter was nice and it seems to be new. However, ... the place is not clean. Tables are not wiped clean and sticky, salt shaker had food stuck to it, the seats had stains, and foodcrumbs between the table and the wall. Overall, not clean. The food is good but my daughter's fries were dry and old, I end upordering fresh ones. The Overall experience is 2 stars at most. But the waiter gets 5 stars. Read more

Love the river front outdoor seating! Of course the burgers, wraps, salads, chicken, fries, and fried pickles are always yummy!

I had a good size order made to go, when I got home and opened the food I saw that everything was burnt & fries weren?t fresh,... $65 worth of food just thrown away. How did the cook see this and still went ahead and sent it out?? Need to get better cooks! Read more

Majorly understaffed, and the food was unimpressive. A lot of the food tasted like plastic, and every time the food or waitress... came, we were already debating whether to get up and ask what's going on or not. Will not be visiting a Red Robbins again. Notonly is the food extremely unhealthy (even the salad), it's not fresh, and it doesn't taste good. I thought we'd get to try goodtraditional American fare, instead we got tasteless mozzarella sticks, sauces that tasted like they came out of a can, premadesalad that was as cold as a freezer, and a veggie burger that didn't have any texture and the bun was soft (not toasted).
