Pretty consistent and a go to for a quick dinner. Service was fast and friendly tonight.

Would have given five stars if the employees had a personality other then the robot responded, but the manager who took the... order in the register did at least present a respectful attitude. I think they are reducing how many toppings you receive onthe pizzas as they were very light. We ordered a medium pepperoni and olive and the pizza was fine. Read more

Ordered a pizza online for pickup at 5:30, two hours before. Not ready until 6:15?. Come on man. Second time, ordered pizza to... be ready at 1:30. Arrived 1:40 pizza wasn?t started and no one was even making any pizzas until I got there and they startedworking on mine. Read more

Seriously don't waste your time to order ahead on the phone. They forgot to make one of my pizzas then proceeded to make the... person who ordered after me in the store pizza first. Seems so simple to treat customers as first come first serve. Oh and thecustomer service has gone completely away. I remember a time you would be greeted by everyone making the pizzas, not tonight. Staff is extremely rude. I called ahead to see if they had 2 ceasar salads made and was told yes. I showed up to get the salads... and was immediatly scowled at for bringing my service animal with me and was told I "really need to order online." I attemptedto explain that I called ahead but was cutt off by the employee. He then left to get the salad however due to him not eventaking my order didnt realize I needed two. I placed an online order and went to pick it up. When I arrived I was told I had placed the order at the Bend South location and... not the Bend 3rd street location. I was frustrated thinking I would have to drive another 15 minutes. Not only did the managerat Papa Murphy?s transfer my order to the location I was at, but he placed my order at the front of the line so I would not haveto wait (it was Friday at 5:30, it was busy!) I was so impressed and immediately called my husband to tell him that goodcustomer service did still exist in this world! Read more

UNBELIEVALBLY RUDE STAFF. Go to the South one. They know how to value and treat their customers. I have been buying $40 worth of... pizza every Friday for the past 3 years. I tried the North location as it is closer to my work for the last two weeks. BOTHtimes I have been treated like I asked them to pay for a Disneyland trip. I spent $75 this last Friday and have a coupon, whichNEVER expires, for a cookie dough container. They told me I could not have it and that they do not accept them any longer. Howcan you not except a coupon which doesn't expire? I was treated poorly by the employee, assistant manager and manager. I toldthem I would not go to their location any longer and the manager said, "Okay." WOW after spending that much money in a store andto be treated with such disrespect. The owner should know what goes on here and if you allow this kind of behavior, then thereare bigger issues. At least the South one has great people. GOOD customer service would have allowed me to get my free cookiedough and politely been told that they will not accept that coupon any longer. Read more

Always satisfied, staff is always friendly! Pizzas are delicious no matter what your choice is. If you don't want to spend $20+... for one pizza this is where to go. I love how they get into the spirit of Halloween???? we definitely get this every year, neverto old to have fun???? Read more
