Yesterday, August 31 2022, the Jimmy Johns on Empire Avenue ripped me off. I ordered, for delivery, a Favorite Combo. For my... side, I selected Salt and Vinegar chips, which were not included in my delivery. I called the store and let them know they'dforgotten my chips. They apologized and told me they would deliver my chips right away. They never delivered my chips. So, theycharged me for an item they never delivered - even after letting them know the chips were missing from my order. Read more

The guy with purplish brownish hair was super rude to his coworkers and he was very monotone and seemed like he didn't like his... job, got visibly annoyed when i asked for extra lettuce.
