We were quoted 30 minutes for a table. We waited over an hour. Just go to Shari's next door. Much better experience.
Because of staffing shortage the waitstaff was very busy this morning. In spite of this, our waitress, Mary B., made our visit... to IHOP a very pleasant experience. We are new to Bend, but will definitely make IHOP a regular breakfast destination. Read more
Came here with my son, food was severally buttery. Almost obsessive. When we got it, it wasn't hot barely even warm. Don't have... many options for drinks. My son can't have milk so he ate fries and had water. Free parking. Read more
The service was good but the food wasn?t! Bacon was burnt,ham was all fat, they forgot the sausage on our order. They gave us... orange juice even though we ordered apple. The French fries were cold and tasted bad. The prices were way to high for what youget! This was a special occasion brunch but we will never ever go back to a ihop again!!!!! Read more
First experience here and last. Ordered online for curbside pick up because my daughter wasn?t feeling well. Younger girl... brought out my food and informed me they don?t do curbside pick up and she just figured she should bring it out since it wasstill sitting there. She informed me that they have a hard time finding which car it goes to so they don?t do it. Mind you I?min 1 of 2 curbside pickup parking spots and not one other person is in the parking area. I checked the food to see what was ineach bag and that?s when I realized all 3 sandwiches were extremely burnt. I walked in to speak to someone and no one wasaround. 1 couple was sitting at a table waiting but that was it. I went home and called to speak to a manager. Lady on the phonesays she?s a supervisor and could possibly help me. I explained the situation and asked for a refund of the sandwiches. Shestated she could have them remade or give me credit for next time. I said no thanks and unfortunately there won?t be a nexttime. She then took my first name and phone number for the manager to call tomorrow morning because she can?t access thecomputer so she doesn?t know if a refund is possible. Read more
Service was ok. Food took a very long time and it was not busy. We were 1 of maybe 6 tables at least 3 already were eating. They... did let us share without an second plate charge. This side of ham was ridiculously small. French toast was very good. Read more
Rude servers order was wrong and cold. The place was not clean at all, I had to ask for TP three times, finally I got some from... the men's bathroom. And no they was not busy at all. It was pathetic. I'll never return.. Read more
Food was good! Service was also good. It seemed like they had either a shortage of help, or maybe some new cooks in the back... because the food took some time to get to the table but it was delicious once we got it. Read more
