Not sure if maybe they're understaffed today but the service was slow compared to what we are used to in Eugene/Springfield.... "Broista" with iPad took orders from people who approached the window before cars that had been in line longer so maybe that'sthe way to go? Read more
Honestly Dutch Bros is a guilty pleasure, when you have two kids, a job on the side and a stay at home mom. sometimes it's nice... to be able to get that cup of coffee, I recommend the white coffee hazelnut truffle. the white coffee is so smooth and deliciousit can go with any combination and I'm not hazelnut fan but that hazelnut truffle is fantastic! So much better than any place in town. Always fun and delicious flavors on the menu or pick your own. Coffee is never burnt get... it as sweet as you like. Variety of different milks and creamers. My daughter loves their soft tops my son loves the smoothies. If you go on the first of any month get a free positive sticker. always great attitudes and smiling faces.
