Manager was very pleasant but the darn food was not. Dry and barely warm.
Sat at the drive thru speaker for 25 minutes thinking the drive thru was backed up. When nobody came to the speaker and a line... of cars behind me, I decided to pull forward to the window and I saw there were no cars in front of me. I immediately left andspent my money elsewhere. I called the manager and told them what happened. They said they were sorry. They have the worstcustomer service period. Unorganized, don't pay attention at all. They're obviously struggling to find help. We had a few really rough visits. But I'm BK diehard and my 11 yr old hasn't fallen... far from the tree. Last time was almost perfect.( my condiments were all on one side of my texas double whopper). But still awell executed burger. I order mine OTB which stands for "off the broiler" meaning no steamer no microwave.(try it). I find theflavor much fresher that way. and they nailed it.(Okay maybe a little more onion).
