So this place used to be really great, like a year ago. But the last three times I’ve been there they’re really missing the... mark. I see that they are clearly cutting back on the quality of food such as not making their own sauces…they paired downtheir menu as well. No Mac n cheese!!! I totally understand about being short staffed. The service is taking forever, very fewemployees working. Maybe they need to pay their employees more and that would incentivize more employees wanting to work there.Come on guys we’re all doing it now. All the servers are trying and clearly stressed, overworked and frustrated with how therestaurant is operating. I think they need a little more support from the owners and get back to the basics of what made thisplace good in the first place. Like homemade ingredients such as pizza dough, salad dressing, their wings used to be the best intown… What’s happening? It’s time to push a little harder. Overall good experience. Cheesy bread was delicious and the pizza was okay. We went on a normal night but the restaurant looks... like it would be a great time during a football game. There are many TVs and a full bar available. Read more

I read a lot of the reviews and people complained about service. I can say unequivocally they are wrong. Service was prompt,... friendly, and engaging. Antipasto salad literally came out 5 minutes after we ordered and it was scrumptious! Pizza arrivedabout 15 minutes later. We ordered the Backyard. Take a look peeps!!! It was BOMB! Updated review. Placed order online. Arrived when I was told it would be ready. Place was empty and they said it would be at... least another 25 minutes. Food finally ready drive home and 4 of my mozzarella sticks are just a fried outside shell withliterally no cheese on the inside. And the Alfredo pepperoni pizza was so spicy no one would eat it. Update 4/2022. Still a cool locally owned place. Family friendly pizza parlor. Good location. Good service. Good food. Overall... good...... I really enjoyed backyard pizzas fresh ingredients, clean family friendly atmosphere, and good service. Cool placeto go after work for a beer or enjoy the excellent happy hour till 6 with drink and appetizer specials. Food was great andeverything was fresh made and delicious. Prices were very reasonable and great selection of pizzas and sides. I'll be returninganytime I'm in the mood for good pizza and fun atmosphere. Read more

Are you craving a good pizza? The backyard is a great place to eat outside of downtown. A good beer selection and great... appetizers. We didn’t think the portions would be so big and ended up taking half of our food to the hotel. Oh the orangecream float was my favorite. We ended up spending over $90 for 4 people. Read more

Found this little gem while on an overnight trip with my mom. We shared a frenchdip (garlic Parmigiano fries) , fried pickles... and mushrooms. The french dip was great, sadly I didn't get the aju dip.. i think it would be the perfect sandwich. The friedpickles surprised me, I've never had them as spears. The flavor and texture was excellent. The fried mushrooms were cool forjust the right amount of time to retain moisture as well as having an amazing bread coating.
