This is the best pizza in town hands down. It is consistently good and the staff are well trained. I always know I'm getting a... good pizza here, unlike all of the other places in Benbrook, that are consistently inconsistent. They have quick and easy pickupand delivery, as well as easy online or by phone ordering. First time having Mr Jim?s from any location and it did not disappoint. Very very good pizza, best in Benbrook. Appreciated... the delivery driver actually calling for gate access instead of just driving away with the pizza like others have in the past. Read more
Super delicious pizza! I hadn't ordered from a Mr. Jim's in years, but decided to introduce the kids to it this week. I was not... disappointed. Honestly had to be one of the better pizzas I've had in recent memory. Only reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 isthat I had ordered hours in advance, and it arrived twenty minutes late. It wasn't a big deal this time, but my concern is thatif there is a reason for ordering early (like planning around a birthday party or event) and it shows up late, that can throwthings off for the customer. Regardless of the timing, the pizza was excellent, and they took the proper care in making one ofthe pizzas for someone with an allergy. We will definitely order from this location again, only I think maybe we'll order forpick-up next time instead. :) Read more
Very fresh. So fresh it burned the top of inside of mouth( be careful) Crust was soggy. I like the crust crispy and done. The... driver let the receipt blow away and whatever else was on top. Just walked on past it. Read more
Customer service really means a lot to me, they were very nice and seemed happy to be there. The pizza was good (a little... expensive) didn?t love the wings but overall great experience. Will probably be my new go to pizza place because of the service.If only other places could figure this out. Read more
The Golden Standard It has been a long time since eating food has spurred me to write a review, but here I am. Mr. Jim's Pizza... is without a doubt the golden standard of takeout pizza places. Between the flavor, the options, and the price point, there isreally no reason why you should consider any other place for a quick pizza night dinner. I could go on, but to mince words; theingredients were fresh, toppings were abundant, and it came out quick and hot. They have coupons online, so its cheaper than youexpect, and the quality is 5 stars for a takeout pizza experience. Read more
