I mean $10 for the most tasteless cheese quesadilla of my life ????????.. typical when a place offers something that?s not on... the menu, it?s hella awesome?. Not more expensive for worse quality?. I mean for 1 beef quesadilla, 1 burrito, and a tinysoufflé cup of queso and a bag of chips (and no drinks) it was like $27?. For bland food?. No thank you? We were in town for football game and decided to stop and eat dinner here. The service was very poor except for the young lady... that made our food. The food was cold. They had already ran out of certain ingredients an hour and a half before close anddidn't want to replace missing ingredients on the line. The manager gave one of the employees an attitude when they asked formore beans to replenish the line. Business was steady and plenty of customers rolling in so there shouldn't have been any reasonwhy they weren't making more food. The manager also walked around with an attitude not helping his employees in any way shape orform. Unfortunately I will never come back to this particular location. Read more
Edit: new entry. I gave two stars at first but it hasn?t improved so lowering it to one star. Our third time here and still... filthy! Trash over flowing, every table dirty, trash every where on ground, and condiment area a total mess. I think it was mylast time eating here. When the employees have time to lean, they have time to clean. It wasn?t even busy. Original post afteropening. Need work, the food was good but the inside was filthy. They had no one cleaning tables and the trash was overfilling.You need someone cleaning especially during a rush. I also noticed a lot of people waiting long times for pick up orders. Read more
Chipotlane is like a box of chocolates - you never know what you?re going to get (in your bowl)! I love Chipotle but this... location needs work. Orders are never accurate and there is no portion consistency. Read more
Update: I decided to give them another try and this time was just as bad as the last few. The portion sizes at this location are... ridiculous, I had to pay for double meat just to get a normal sized portion. My bowl had less than a full scoop of rice and thesteak was cut as smallest as possible. I've never experienced this at any other Chipotle. I'll definitely be sticking to theBryant Irvin location. This is the second time we have ordered food from this location and were served undercooked rice. Wecould not even finish our meal because it was crunchy and hard. Not to mention there was a hair found in our guacamole. We havehad nothing but bad experiences at this location, we will be driving to the Bryant Irvin location instead. Read more

We have always loved Chipotle so when this location opened close to our house we were stoked to say the least. We have a toddler... so we almost always order ahead and use the Digital Pickup Drive Thru (or whatever they call it) to pickup our order. Great ideaon paper but EVERY time we have done this our orders are late and by a good 20-40 minutes. 3 of the 4 times the orders have alsobeen incorrect! So it?s both late and the wrong order. Do not offer this option if you cannot guarantee the orders and timelike every other Chipotle locations do. We cannot come back to a restaurant that cannot deliver on what they do. Read more
I ate a pretty good amount of my steak bowl. While eating I noticed the black beans and rice were really soggy, like they didn?t... rinse the beans. Also the portion size was waaaay smaller than normal. Then suddenly ?CRUNCH?!! I bit down into a cockroach. Yesyou heard that right, a cockroach. I am so sick to my stomach.
