There is an older woman who works the drive through who is quite abrasive to customers. My most recent interaction with her... involved a flavored, iced coffee. It was handed to me looking similarly to a black and tan (coffee on bottom half,flavoring/cream on top). I asked if it could please be mixed up since I was in the car and she firmly says, "No! We don't mixthem." YOU DON'T MIX THEM? WHAT? That is absurd, Lady. If I order a milkshake, shall I be prepared to mix that, too? Anothertime, I ordered a hot coffee and the cup leaked all over my desk. I returned the next morning and ordered another cup but thistime, I asked for an empty, second cup as a security measure. I was travelling and I wanted to ensure a leak didnt happen in mycar. She said, "No, our cups don't leak." I said, "But, it did, and I would like a second cup." Again, she tells me that itdidn't leak and I couldn't have a second cup (which I even offered to pay for). I only do carry out now so I don't have to dealwith her horrible attitude in the drive through. The other employees have been lovely. Read more
