I just went in and stood at the counter for ten minutes while the two people working inside were getting orders for the drive... thru. The guys working even looked at me, didn?t say anything. I told my husband we just had to go through the drive thrubecause they wouldn?t help me. My malt is melted and his shake is melted. So gross and a waste of time Read more

*also sent to corporate* We ordered two #1s (breakfast biscuits) and a breakfast burrito. We were told to pull forward and we... sat there for 15 minutes. I called inside the store and told them how long we were sitting there and our order was immediatelybrought out but missing hash-browns.I went inside the store and they had to make the hash browns which tells me that they didn?tforget them, they just didn?t want to take the time to make them. We spent a total of 30 minutes from driving up to leaving. Iasked the manager for a partial refund or some type of compensation for the trouble because it caused us to be late to ourdestination and I was told that the receipt is needed to do anything and I told them I wasn?t going to take more time going tothe car to get a receipt. This is completely unacceptable. I told the manager that I have never in my life come into a fast foodrestaurant to complain about a drive thru order so that should really say something. Sporadic horrible customer service?never know what your going to get. My wife just stood in line as the only customer inside... watching the staff service the drive thru for 15 minutes and never acknowledged her. Once again, she was the only one at thecounter! Meanwhile we all waited in the car watch car after car get served through the drive thru. We?ve also had the oppositehappen???? Waited 25 minutes between ordering and paying to receive cold fries and cold food. I get being understaffed but there?s a limit.... At least have some quality for that long of a wait. Wouldn?t recommend the drive thru or in general if you?re wanting fastfood. Also ordered 2 4 piece strips. Got two strips and then a bit of fried batter or whatever this is on both orders. We love Braums in general, and stopped by the benbrook location to get ice cream on the way back from school. May be we were... just unlucky and had a terrible experience. I'm still giving 3 stars because of we've been there once before and the service wasokay. There were 2 families waiting in line behind me and my 2 & 4yr old. We paid for our ice cream, moved to a side andstarted to wait for our order, I stood there and watched the other families paying and being served. We waited for about 25minsand then I asked the person who took our order how long it would take, he totally acted like he hadn't seen us ever before andwhen I showed him the receipt (which I don't usually ask for, but this day I did) he thought it wasn't mine. He did make us ourorder but after waiting for 25mins we were served with ice cream that was soft and melted. I understand that sometimes mistakesand delays happen but this experience was not great, being served melted icecream without even an apology for keeping us waitingwas not good service. Read more
