I just went in and stood at the counter for ten minutes while the two people working inside were getting orders for the drive... thru. The guys working even looked at me, didn?t say anything. I told my husband we just had to go through the drive thrubecause they wouldn?t help me. My malt is melted and his shake is melted. So gross and a waste of time Read more

*also sent to corporate* We ordered two #1s (breakfast biscuits) and a breakfast burrito. We were told to pull forward and we... sat there for 15 minutes. I called inside the store and told them how long we were sitting there and our order was immediatelybrought out but missing hash-browns.I went inside the store and they had to make the hash browns which tells me that they didn?tforget them, they just didn?t want to take the time to make them. We spent a total of 30 minutes from driving up to leaving. Iasked the manager for a partial refund or some type of compensation for the trouble because it caused us to be late to ourdestination and I was told that the receipt is needed to do anything and I told them I wasn?t going to take more time going tothe car to get a receipt. This is completely unacceptable. I told the manager that I have never in my life come into a fast foodrestaurant to complain about a drive thru order so that should really say something.
