Not sure there is a better burger in Northern Minnesota. So darn good. Pairs well with the Labatts they have on tap.
Slims came highly suggested. I wish our experience would of matched our suggestion. We came in at 12:30 and it appeared that the... early lunch rush was over ( as pictured empty tables ) We waited & waited and watched some customers belly up to the bar &greeted & have there order taken. We finally were greeted and promptly placed our order to ensure our food wood come soon. Wespecifically asked if pickles would be coming on the side for our kids. We waited and waited for our burgers. I ordered thepeanut burger. It had a massive amount of peanut butter on it , where most of the burger slid out. I only saw 1 piece of bacon,maybe there was 2 ? After our food arrived I went up and asked about the pickles . "We're out , sorry ! ".. I would suggestaddressing your customers promptly and posting signage about the long wait. I didn't really feel the value in this meal . Itwas a less than pleasant experience . You could tell the 3 people working were in the weeds. If you know your grill is backedup , I would advise customers of the long wait and offer some peanuts or chips to make the wait more tolerable. Read more
