Super disappointed online says close at 9pm, walk in at 8:30pm and they?re closing up. Couldn?t order anything.
Terrible taste, quality, & presentation. I've never had this bad of a meal at any Panera.
Went with my father on 04/04 at around 10:30ish the Panera area was dead, we were there only customers at this time. I asked to... get French bread instead of the chips on the side on my order. Short Lady with short blonde hair took my order and even repeatedmy order back to me, which I agreed everything was right including the French bread on the side. Once she handed me my order,they put chips on the side instead. I told her ?I?m sorry but I asked for French bread on the side not chips? she raised hervoice and said ?no you said chips? took my bag upset threw away the chips and asked the cook for French bread. Shouldn?t beraising your voice to customers or being rude especially when it was a mistake from there part that could easily be fixed. Foodwas great. Short lady with short blonde hair, not so much. I went here for a stop on a road trip and ordered the grilled Mac and cheese. When I got it, I realized it was actually the... barbecue chicken so I kindly asked for them to get me the right order. They were very nice about it. But then when the lady upfront told the lady in the kitchen to get the ?Grilled Mac and cheese,? she without hesitation, gave me the plain grilledcheese. (Keep in mind the receipt had the ?Grilled Mac and cheese? on it. I ended up just eating it but it sure got mefrustrated. Read more
