The staff is always friendly, but the last 2 times I?ve picked up food there, it?s been awful. The so called crispy chicken... coating is doughy and moist. Food is good but I can't get past the terrible service. Have had terrible service in the drive thru, terrible in the store and... even worse trying to order some bull sides for catering. Called and was quoted one price, called back to place the order and theprice doubled. Then had to deal with attitude from someone because I dared question their new price. Was told there was a 3 minute wait for fries, no big deal. Then 10 minutes later I went in looking for my food. Everything... except the fries was cold. Then I found not one, but two eyelashes in my food!!! I turned around and wanted a refund. The workerwho was giving my money back could not count change what so ever. It took over 5 minutes for him to figure out how to give $0.46in coins. No apology was given. Absolutely disgusting. Read more
If I could give negative stars I would. I went there earlier tonight and some girl working there was very rude through the drive... through. As well as the light outside on the menu wasn?t lit up so u couldn?t see anything on the menu as well as they were outof mashed potatoes. I drove off off without getting anything because service was so horrible. I will never go back there again. Read more
Sat waiting at the drive though tonight while the workers stood around outside talking (I was the only car at the time). I... finally ordered and when I got home I saw half of my $40 order is missing. The food I brought home to feed my family isincomplete. I've called several times now to see if I can get the missing items delivered or if I can receive credit or arefund, and not once have they answered the phone. This is the second time in a row this has happened. Terrible service andinattentive employees. I do not recommend coming here. Read more
I ordered the chicken tenders and whoever did them they were not tender at all. They were overcooked and petrified. It also... tasted like the grease was long overdue for being dumped and changed. Pathetic food but the drive thru guy was very nice. Read more
The restaurant in and of itself seemed okay. Clean, well lit, nice service. The problem was the food. The extra crispy chicken... was burnt and tasted vaguely of cigarette smoke. There was no flavor. The original recipe ... not burnt, but the skin stilltasted bad. Mashed potatoes were mediocre and tasted bland and kind of not like real potatoes. Macaroni and cheese were as goodas I remember. Based on my experience, it will be at least another year before I get kfc willingly again. Especially whenPop...their competitor is also nearby. Read more
Their famous bowl is the bomb. Definitely recommend you try it out. It's only 5 bucks.
