I'm a frequent costumer of dunkin in Walmart, Belvidere, Il. but today I got frustrated with the crews assigned to make my decaf... coffee, which i requested to make it half decaf, half hot water as i want it lighter, emphasized it must be hot. . My coffee waslukewarm when given to me and did motvssk me if i want my receipt. and did not receive any apology from the staff. Ithanked herthough but she looked angry. So frustrating. Read more
I would rate 0 if I could. Went in yesterday and ordered online BEFORE they were supposed to be closed. Yet I went in just to be... told they couldn?t give me my order because they started cleaning A HOUR ahead. I still have not received my refund and thenumber provided don?t even work. Always understaffed. I hate how I have to wait behind 10 people that want to order food . My coffee takes less than 30 seconds... to make but I do not want to place an online order and have my cup sitting in front of everyone.
