Horrible pretzels at this place. I got to my car and expected a warm soft pretzel. It was hard, cold, and old. I was already... onward to Wisconsin or I would of went back for my money. I was weary buying it because the employee had his mask down and nogloves. I sent a email for a refund. I received back a email of apology and a ask for my address for free pretzels coupons. Ithas been nearly three weeks since that email and I have not had a lick of mail with coupons, nor a follow up email... I am notimpressed. Save yourself from wasting money here. Great place to eat at, enjoy a few snacks with friends, and service was great. Especially from an employee by the name Alberto.... He was very kind and quick to give us our food. Burnt Bucket of Bites...We love Auntie Anne's. We get cups of bites when we go shopping. So when we were coming back from a road... trip and stopped at the Belvidere Oasis, we were happy to see an Auntie Anne's. We were even happier to see we could get aBUCKET of cinnamon bites. We placed our order. The woman said it would take 10-20 minutes. No problem. We got our order aspromised. We returned to our car and continued driving home. The first few bites were great, but then we started getting bitesthat were burnt on the bottom. As we looked through the bucket the majority of the bites were burnt on the top and bottom. Itseems they tried to cover it with the cinnamon and sugar. We were coming home from a road trip, so there was nothing we coulddo at that point. Truly disappointed. I won't buy from this location again. It was a waste of my money. I wish they would havejust told us they burnt the batch and refunded my money rather than hiding it and giving me a burnt bucket of bites. Read more

Great place for some awesome pretzels. They will even make you a fresh batch if you're willing to wait. Try the mini dogs ????
