Great place to eat at, enjoy a few snacks with friends, and service was great. Especially from an employee by the name Alberto.... He was very kind and quick to give us our food. Very professional and probably the best pretzel maker I?ve ever seen, no cap.10/10 would recommend to anyone. The lemonade there is also very exquisite btw. Read more

Horrible pretzels at this place. I got to my car and expected a warm soft pretzel. It was hard, cold, and old. I was already... onward to Wisconsin or I would of went back for my money. I was weary buying it because the employee had his mask down and nogloves. I sent a email for a refund. I received back a email of apology and a ask for my address for free pretzels coupons. Ithas been nearly three weeks since that email and I have not had a lick of mail with coupons, nor a follow up email... I am notimpressed. Save yourself from wasting money here.
