Ordered online, after arrival 2-3 minute wait and ???? BOOM ???? had "an" order. It wasn't mine, but we caught it right away so... she apologized, popped back in, and out with the correct bag still hot and fresh. No fuss no muss! I give 5 stars for Service ?????????? Restaurant Appearance: Restaurant is car-hop drive in so for my experience, I would have tosay that this location has very good management ???? It was pretty busy for a small town mid-week early lunch. 85% of capacity?? The entire lot looked well maintained. No trash, No vagrants, No spillage, No Stains on pavement, and No graffiti. Mostpeople don't know that car-hops have to pick up trash daily as well as wash/scrub the entire parking lot 1-5 times perweek. GREAT LOCATION???? THANKS People. I, as well as a LOT of you out there, used to Car-Hop in high-school or to make extramoney, Its demanding and thankless work.. ???? PLEASE REMEMBER TIP YOUR CAR-HOP AT LEAST $1-$2 DOLLARS. FYI - TexasLaw provides pay BELOW minimum wage to waiters/waitresses and other tip earning jobs. The drinks are good, but the burgers have gone down hill. They must be microwaved aka "boosted". Since I made this, the owner... asked me to "escalate my complaint". Sorry, that's your job. Worst service ever!!! 30 minutes for a wacky pack cheese burger plain while there's people in there eating and talking to each... other not even in uniform!!! Then the cheese burger comes out regular and not plain!!! My kid has special needs that's why theplain is important. Their management team clearly don't care about the customers. Read more
BEST service here in temple. Very clean bathrooms. Friendly staff and PHENOMENAL food. I've never had any problems. Their shakes... are to DIE for!! They're fast and never make any mistakes! Service was great but buns were old, falling apart. And when did Sonic change the way they dress their burgers; lettuce,... tomatoes, pickles and onions on the crown of the bun instead of being on the bottom. Most prefer to bite into the meat first! Read more
