I waited for over 40. mins to get three sandwiches for my family. There were only couple customers In the the restaurant. And... employees were just standing doing nothing except one. I will never never never come here again!!!!!! And when I came home Irealized that they forgot chips and cookies. So I called them and the worker blamed me for not picking them up. Bags of chipswere behind the cash counter. All in all, terrible terrible service and attitude. They really don?t care about customerservice. Read more

So, my wife and I went in for lunch yesterday (Monday) and I ordered the BBQ Chicken and Jalapeño pizza. Order was quick and... food was brought out to our table quickly. I was munching down on my pizza, REALLY enjoying it when someone came out from theback (manager?) and said he was remaking my pizza. I asked why and he said they forgot to put the chicken on the pizza! Man, Iwas enjoying the pizza so much I DIDN?T EVEN NOTICE IT DIDNT HAVE CHICKEN, lol. Well, they made me another and put it in a Togobox, so I had lunch for today all ready for me. We ordered home delivery through a delivery app. The app allowed for specific ordering instructions. We ordered a deluxe... original ( extra meat) giant with no lettuce and tomato. We also ordered two center of the roll Cinnabon. Below is a picture ofthe sandwich. There were no Cinnabon in our order. There is not a lot you gotta do for decent food service, but getting theorder right is the main thing. Not a happy customer. Read more
I have never had a bad Schlotzsky sandwich until today. The great bread that makes the sandwich so good was toasted and... flattened until it was dry and brown. Obviously made by the same woman who made the last reviewer's pizza. She screamed my nameloudly and then turned and walked off like she hated making it. It shows. I have never left a review, hope the owner paysattention to it and others who take the time. Read more
They always take 10+ minutes at drive thru, no matter what you order, and the last time I went they smooshed my entire sandwich... and the soup was thick and burnt from sitting in the holding container too long. My kid got a salad, and due to the whole E.Coli freak out, they couldn't put romain. I said okay but you'll substitute it with other stuff right? She said "they should"and obviously they didn't. This isn't an isolated event, either. Just save your money and go to JJ or one of the multiple otherfast food locations around them. Read more
The manager on duty here, J. was more than helpful. She went out of her way to make sure we were satisfied and taken care of.... Because our order was to go, I couldn't fully rate the atmosphere, but from what I saw, it was clean and quiet. This was a goodexperience!! Read more
