No Popeyes around our area so traveling is the only time we see them. Service was quick and the food was great. The location... is kind of a challenge if you have never been there but it ended up being an easy on and off to get back on the highway. Theywere very busy which is always a good sign for a restaurant. Read more
We just moved to the area & wanted to enjoy a family dinner here. Walked in around 5pm on a Saturday there was only 1 other... customer in the restaurant. Maybe 2 cars in drive thru, we stood by the cash register & not once did anyone greet us. The ladyin charge never made eye contact with us & said out loud ?I?ll be with you when I can? my whole family stood there in shock ather rudeness. We decided to brush it off & still wait another 5 minutes. She started talking to the employees telling them thatwe had to wait she had to get a huge order together & she didn?t know when she was going to be able to assist us. After hearingall these comments we decided to leave. This lady had the worst customer service ever. There?s a reason this place has such poorreviews. Corporate really needs to look into all these employees because it?s turning away a lot of customers. I will never stepfoot inside this Popeyes. I will make sure to call corporate because no one deserves the rudeness she gave us. We had ouryounger kids with us & they even said wow mommy this lady is rude and mean. Save yourself the headache & don?t even stop here.If you?re craving Popeyes find another location. This place is just horrible. Read more
We had been driving for a bit and all my family wanted popeyes. We get to the store and the first thing the manager or team... leader says is I'll be with you when I can. She didn't even make eye contact or anything. Then as we waited she kept telling theother employees "well they're going to have to wait I have a big order. I can't give them anything. They're going to wait untilI have time. I have this big order so they're going to have to wait". At no point did she engage my family or I to at least tellus they had a big order or that we were going to have to wait. She just kept making comments about how we were going to have towait. She could've easily said, I'm sorry but we have a huge order so you're going to have to wait a certain time for yourorder. She could've at least said that while we waited for 10 minutes without being acknowledged. The guy taking out the trashwas more polite than the girl in charge. This happened Saturday 10 September around 5pm. The one in charge was a lady. I willnever go there and I will make sure to let people know how horrible their customer service is. Read more
We tried going through the drive thru but the car in front of us, hadn't moved in a few minutes and it didn't look like they... were ordering. So we parked and I went inside, the main door was locked and it didn't even have a sign saying it was locked andto use the door on the other side of the building. The cashier was nice and super quick. Our meals were delicious and a greatprice. Read more
Frozen lemonade was broken after we paid online, managers and workers obviously don?t pay attention, poor guy in the curbside... line was waiting longer than us. 0 customer service. Waited in line, no one took are order for a hot sec. So we just decided toorder online. Place is really dirty you can tell they clean only when necessary. Chicken was cold. Read more

Day shift is awesome! Food is hot friendly service and order is always right. Night shift is a different story. Rude employees... and order is always wrong and they don't care. Make sure you get there before 4pm. Needs a better manager on nights. Read more
