The employees at this location are outstanding!! Ever since COVID, customer service has flown out the window. Seems like nobody... cares anymore about the things that businesses need in order to be successful - Customers bring money in and here lately,employee attitudes and demeanor around are only keeping those customers out. Belton Golden Chick's employees are so sweet, kind,respectful and amazing that that business should be flourishing and at the top of all charts!! I haven't had a single badexperience there yet. I really don't think I'll be coming back to Golden Chick. I used to love this place, especially when I was little. It's been a... good place to get chicken or catfish. But it seems like this location has been going downhill, and today, I feel reflectsthat. The food I got today was, needless to say, gross. The chicken tasted off. It tasted like fish and like the oil was old.The person at the window was extremely curt and rude. They didn't have bread or gravy. Read more
Very bad experience. All of the staff were unprofessional and slow to get orders out. The chicken came out cold, the rolls were... not fresh or buttered, I waited almost 40 minutes for my food, the soda was gross and flat, there was no ice, the potatoes wereclumpy and cold, I asked for spicy chicken tenders and had to go back up to the counter for the seasoning, and one customer saidher croutons to the salad was expired and the cheese was clumped together. I will never come here again, very bad service andfood. Not worth the time or money. And I hope they get new workers and management. And to the owner who keeps commenting on allthe posts. We don't want you to make it up to us by offering a way to draw us back in and not change anything. We need the foodand service to be better. Read more
The employees here were very kind and quick to get our food. The tenders with mashed potatoes are our favorite menu items. If... you like corn nuggets, theirs are one of the best. I recommend getting extra rolls as well, because they are fluffy andperfectly baked. Read more

Order was wrong! Ordered online Family meal costing 46.00. No okra, no biscuits. I had to go back to get stuff missing! The... tenders were the same, not half reg. half spicy. First time at this Golden Chick. I had a Nashville Hot, wife had a chicken sandwich. When I first looked at mine I didn?t think... I?d like it but I loved it! It was tasty even if it didn?t look great. I loved the fries, they were excellent. I didn?t give afifth star because I had to look for a clean table to sit. Read more
