I loved coming here but after you had a staff change, service has REALLY gone down hill. I have been served raw chicken nuggets... on 2 separate visits. The last time i went back for a refund. I would still get fries but they are almost always cold. Even ifI ask for them hot & fresh its 50/50 on what I get. But last night takes the cake. I ordered a medium fries & told them Iwanted them fresh. They made them fresh but only gave me a half full container & they were so salty I couldn't eat them. Ifyou dont want to throw your your Money away...go somewhere else. I know I not be eating here anymore. Read more

The person working the window definitely knows their clientele. I ordered the half pound sandwich and when I requested Arby's... sauce, he gave me a to-go cup full of it, which is a lot of trust in me to restrain myself. Thanks for making it a great tripback to Dallas. Read more

This location is super understaffed, but they were definitely trying their hardest. The person I?m assuming was shift lead was... simultaneously trying to delegate, train, and finish orders, while also communicating with the customers waiting inside thestore. It?s SO hard for fast food places to keep employees these days so I?ve gotta give props to the person keeping the teamtogether in there today during my visit (they had short hair and a missile? tattoo on their forearm). Order was messed up, beef n cheddar made roast beef. They get a 4 star because the food was fresh the staff was friendly, and... even though they were exceptionally busy after the parade they still made time to correct the order mistake without anyhesitation or attitude . Worst customer service experience ever. Was told to wait in Drive Thru multiple times over 10 minutes even though there were no... cars in the parking lot and no cars in front of me. Then the worker tells me they are not taking orders right now because theyare doing shift change. What kind of nonsense is that? Then I try to call the store and no one picks up the phone. I used tolove Arby's but this is why this chain is dying. Leadership doesn't care at all anymore. Read more

Always slow, but today took the freaking cake. A full 5 minutes sitting at the speaker waiting to take my order with only 1... other car. I order a roast turkey sandwich, get back to the office and there?s NOTHING on the sandwich!! No toppings, and 1tiny chunk of turkey! This is THE WORST managed store I?ve ever seen. Read more
