Tina, Sierra, Chris, Victoria and the rest of the team were wonderful! This was my first time at Hawaiian Bros. Victoria took my... order and was very knowledgeable about the products and had our food brought out to our table within minutes. She told us aboutthe rewards program and got us set up with our military discount (my partner is in the army). Chris and Victoria both came toour table to check up on us periodically to ensure we were satisfied with our meal. The kitchen team cooked it to perfection!Juicy, juicy chicken and perfectly cooked rice. I?m not usually a fan of macaroni salad but was pleasantly surprised by thisside dish! My boyfriend is a huge fan of this joint and we will undoubtedly be back time and time again to experience the greatfood and superb service. I believe I overheard Victoria say she was new in her position but may her management and customer berest assured that she is a top tier employee! I was very impressed with the staff at the Belton location. Not only was the basic customer service fantastic but they went... above and beyond when preparing and bagging my food. I notified them of an allergy and they ensured my food was not crosscontaminated in the kitchen and then put my food in its own separate bag without me asking and said it was to ensure my fooddidn?t touch the other food due to allergy. Most places don?t even think of this but I greatly appreciated their effort. Thefood tasted delicious as well and friendly staff checked on us multiple times while we were eating in the lobby. Today I had an issue with my card not working and the staff was very caring and friendly. The food was good and fresh they... offered the rewards program to me so I got signed up. The overall experience was amazing. My server's name was Ryan and he isalways very nice, knowledge, and let's me know about and new things going on and it makes this location my favorite. I prefer toactually go in and dine and get the full interaction based on my experience with the staff here and I would definitely recommendand continue to go back. Read more
We?re from KC & moved to Arkansas a few months ago. We went to KC just for a day, my friend who has never been to KC went with... us. We chose Hawaiian Bros to eat naturally ?? (Wanted her to try something that we don?t have in Arkansas) I have never wentinside & ate until that day. Ryan was VERY welcoming & helpful throughout are whole experience. Love his personality! Him & themanager came & checked on our family more than once. Ryan was super amazing & we will definitely make a stop next time we?re intown! We stopped in for some comfort food after the KC loss and though we are still broken hearted over the game we left in better... spirits. My experience with the Belton location is always very good. From being greeted immediately by attentive staff, they arealways happy to accommodate. Tonight I was trying to make some healthier choices and a young man, Rad, was super helpful insuggesting a mixed plate with veggies and 2 types of meat (even though I love the macaroni salad). The veggies were doneperfectly, not soggy and with the suggestion of two meats, I found my new favorite, Huli Huli!! Anyway, it may not be that bigof a deal, but nowadays it?s not always easy to find good customer service and patience in the marketplace. Hats off to thestaff, cooks and management at Belton MO HB. Absolutely loved my experience at the Belton Hawaiian Bros today! The staff was absolutely amazing. Rad was incredibly nice and... helped me navigate the menu and pick the perfect meal for my boss and I. Then before I even got to the window for my food, thesweetest lady with the best smile had it waiting for me. Not to mention, our food was delicious. A 10 out 10 experience forsure! Read more
I absolutely love Hawaiian Bros! Amazing food and wonderful staff. They recently raised their prices, and I understand the... reasoning, I have stopped going as often, no fault of the restaurant. But I went today and sadly I was very disappointed, Ialways order a large so I can eat some for my lunch and finish it off for dinner. I felt my portions were too small for the sizeI got, and when I compared it to the people I was eating with, it was a noticeable difference. I know it may not be a huge deal,but for the increase in price I didn?t expect such a small amount of meat. I live too far to return to the store today,otherwise I would have kindly asked if that was the amount I was supposed to get. I hate to say I will never be back, but itlooks that it?s coming to that. Great food. The meats were delish. Ambiance was good. I?d like it if you didn?t have to have macaroni as a side but could choose... veggies as a substitute. There are no veggies on any dish with meat. But overall great food. Read more
